Gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she went in the route of the modeling clay in two days. We mad a lot of jewels and she and I have had a blast with this reward. The instructions say that the clay will have to harden in 24 hours, however we quickly found out that it takes 3-4 days to completely harden ahead of which you might glaze them.

My 8-year-old was once very excited to receive this for Christmas. She loved making beads with it -- precisely one time. It's been untouched for a month. I could see her getting it out again on a cold or wet weekend when she's in search of something totally different to do, but it is now not going to be used regularly. It wouldn't be any completely different with other jewelry-making package in the market -- it is just now not something she would play with incessantly.
Regarding ease of use, I needed to assist her get began, but once I confirmed her the best possible means to make one bead, she was able to take off and do it on her personal, which was good. I'm now not sure which may just be mentioned for different jewellery-making sets.
