Hello, I really love the product! I just received the same message that they can not fulfill my order!!???? I have NO complaints relating to this product, and I expect it to become a bit messy in summer!. Why is this product not available from the supplier? This clock came to me from Germany and the first one sent arrived damaged. I submitted pictures of the damaged clock hands as requested with the support of Amazon and asked if I could/should restore it myself. Immediately the company ALSS notified me that they were sending any different which arrived without delay and was in good condition. Hourly I benefit from the sounds of those hens which would possibly be identified now not via their widespread identifys, however in Latin through the species correct identification, so frankly I nonetheless have no idea some of the bird titles as they don't appear to be common to me in Florida and North Carolina like my different chicken clocks which I accumulate. But the sounds are very good and of course different from my basic fowls; somewhat delightful to listen to; clear sounds repeated thrice on the hour. Very contented with this product and with coping with ALSS and with Amazon for their swift consideration to the problem of first clock's arrival.

The bird sounds on this clock are slightly tacky, not natural sounding at all. The chooks are European species no longer North American. The Audubon Singing Bird Clock has much better hen sounds. I would now not purchase this clock again.
